BEWARE! UPDATE- It’s been 6 months after the nightmare PRF injection Dr.Bita did on my jaw. I am in excruciating pain every day! I believe there is permanent damage to my jaw joint. I DID NOT have any pain before I came here!! 😭 I do not recommend this TMJ clinic to anyone. I feel completely taken advantage of. I spent well over $6,000 in two months to end up with my jaw and TMJ condition than when I started. I am in excruciating pain everyday single day! During the first PRF treatment something was hit with the needle and it is not difficult to eat, sleep, open my mouth, etc After the terrible incident they had me spend EVEN MORE money just to try to help the pain from the improper placement of the needle. Beyond this I also felt pressured into purchasing expensive devices that, in my experience, were completely unnecessary and actually exasperated my problems. On top of that, there were hidden costs that were never clearly explained upfront. Overall, I invested a significant amount of money and left with more pain, more expenses, and I am much worse off. I feel completely taken advantage of.

My experience with Center for TMJ & Sleep Solutions NW in Federal Way was very positive. Every person involved in my appointment was friendly and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Marr if you do not want a CPAP machine and are choosing a dental appliance instead. I was pleased with the choices available.

What an incredible experience at this Center. The doctor, all the assistants, and the front desk are all so warm, knowledgeable and helpful. I feel overwhelmingly that I found the best place to meet my needs for better sleep and solving my sleep apnea..

Agonizing experience with Federal Way Wa location. Dr. Bains. 12/24- present I have had 2 Oral Dental appliances that did not fit. I returned 1of them. They sent them both back with duplicate remakes on each. They were out of the office for nearly the entire month of March for refittings then as well. Their policy was I could not change Dr's within their system. I then contacted the owner Dr. Kushner 12/24 to obtain help. No return call. They double charged Medicare & Blue Cross for the same appliance. Also, charged my out of pocket to the latter ins. They finally sent my out of pocket back to them, after I contacted Blue Cross many times to inform them they were scammed. which now, I have to figure out coding to be reimbursed!!! They billed them as under medical supplies fraudently. Quite the battle. I contacted both ins co's for reimbursement. I have no proper fitting appliance. They will not refund my out of pocket & will not out of courtesy to me "revoke the claim to medicare" so, I may obtain another. As of 7/25. My health suffers now. Do not trust this organization! At age 69 I've never been treated so unfairly. Maybe now, they will revoke the Medicare claim at least. Bewa

I am giving them an extra star because the Dr seems to really be well informed and care about this work. That being said this clinic or company, is kind of a scam. They really overcharge for everything. Although it seems the Dr wants to be helpful, I think this company wants to profit as much as possible, you will see this in other reviews as well. I did more research after getting my $2,500 quotes and there are more sustainable and medical paths for my treatment at other places.
